We strive to deliver orders within 2-5 business days for Pune city limits and 5-7 business days for outskirts and surrounding areas. Bulk institutional orders may have customized timelines based on order size and complexity.

6.3 Delivery Responsibility

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon successful delivery. Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues, damages, or discrepancies immediately to our customer service team.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective products (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
• Incorrect items delivered (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags intact
